Hello!

We are looking for a French-Speaking Night Customer Service Agent, passionate and motivated, to handle a wide range of requests from our members taxi and restaurant bookings, flight tickets, insurance or electronic payment assistance, personalised advice and various recommendations.

You will need to be curious, resourceful and proactive in order to deliver a unique experience at every interaction, while ensuring service excellence during night hours.

Profile required

- Native or fluent French, with professional English (minimum oral level required)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time and priorities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills active listening, availability, courtesy
- Strong attention to detail and service quality accuracy, reliability, precision
- Comfortable with IT and office tools Office, CRM
- Excellent command of spoken and written French (spelling and grammar)
- Flexibility to work night shifts and non-standard schedules
- Willingness to join a skilled, supportive and dynamic team

What we offer

- Position based in the heart of Lisbon - Avenida da Liberdade
- Permanent contract (CDI)
- 40 hours per week
- Night schedule 830 p.m. to 630 a.m., 3 to 4 nights per week
- Salary paid over 14 months attractive quarterly bonuses
